Comfort Zone is awesome. I live out in Western Loudoun, theyve serviced my units for over three years now. Theyve never tried to deadline equipment too early to make a sale, and theyve always extended the life of my equipment, taking great care and understanding my budget.

I love that they took the time to understand my budget and what I could afford. So they did extend the life of a 17 year unit for me while I saved up the extra that I needed. And when they made a recommendation for repair and I told them I needed to save money, they worked on helping me save the money and did what they could until I could have the funds in place. Of course that was because my unit could be extended. Nice to not have someone push something on you to scare you into a unit earlier than you need when youre right in money.

As for the service and the units, the quality has been great, the service has been awesome. The installers are knowledgeable and respectful of your home.

I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs you may have.

I had an AC problem which Sean came the same day to address this issue. He analyzed and diagnosed the problem which had to do with the drainage and piping. It was very involved. I doubt many would have been able to accurately assess and diagnose this issue so quickly. Problem is resolved. He showed me pictures and explained in detail what was wrong. I am one happy customer. I am signing up for their annual maintenance agreement to avoid problems such as I just had. A great and knowledgeable company to do business with.

They took several weeks and were completely unhelpful in working with my warranty company. Called my home warranty company on a Wednesday when our AC wasn't working in our home we JUST moved into. It was the first week of hitting the 90s so I'm sure every company was busy as hell. This company called at 9:30 the next day (Thursday) with a window of 11am to 3pm that day! Whoa! I hadn't even taken off work! Luckily my work was understandable and I called out. With just moving, I had plenty to do around the house, so it wasn't a big deal that he didn't show until almost 4pm. (The only reason for four stars) A lady did call around 1pm and 3pm to give a status to me on him. Once he arrived, he was nice, courteous, and efficient! He discovered the problem in less than 30 min, and resolved it in another 30! Very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him!

Sean came over today along with his assistant Abdul to help diagnose why my AprilAire Humidifier wasn't working, and to install a relay that powers on my AprilAire Electronic Air Cleaner ONLY when the blower on the furnace is running. He showed up EARLY, worked diligently the entire time, identified the cause of both problems and fixed it all in one visit. As an anal compulsive type, his attention to detail -- from the neatness of the wiring to double checking his work -- gave me great confidence in an industry that is otherwise filled with amateurs. Always nice to deal with a PRO. Sean is a PRO and he'll be my new 'go to' HAVC guy going forward. Thanks Sean and Abdul for your work today. Nice Job.
